We call Maine home but work with clients nationwide.
For those seeking a private chef or to host a special event, Chef Josh and Maggie turn your home into a fine dining experience, ensuring your guests are happy and that you can relax and enjoy your gathering. Focusing on elevated local cuisine, we offer intimate plated dinners to family style to interactive stations.

If you are opening or own a restaurant, Chef Josh assists with menu creation, re-branding a concept, chef placement and "secret shopping," to receive feedback on day-to-day service and food standards.

Chef Josh also offers photography to clients who want content for their social media, websites or print material. His "no waste" technique is to showcase your food or products as they are meant to be in natural light and doesn't manipulate food with non-edible materials--everything he photographs can be eaten after (even if it might be cold!)
